Beim Absenden werden Ihre Angaben an eine Funktion auf unserem Server übermittelt, die daraus eine E-Mail an unser Postfach erzeugt. Gespeichert wird nichts — es gibt keine Datenbank; die Anfrage existiert nur als diese E-Mail. Verarbeitet werden die Felder, die Sie ausgefüllt haben, zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Auftragsverarbeiter sind Microsoft (Betrieb der Funktion) und Google Workspace (Versand der E-Mail). Sollte die Übermittlung fehlschlagen, öffnet das Formular stattdessen Ihr eigenes E-Mail-Programm — dann verlässt nichts Ihr Gerät, bis Sie selbst absenden.On submission your details go to a function on our server, which turns them into an email to our mailbox. Nothing is stored — there is no database; the enquiry exists only as that email. The fields you filled in are processed in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The processors involved are Microsoft (running the function) and Google Workspace (sending the mail). If the transmission fails, the form opens your own mail program instead — then nothing leaves your device until you send it yourself.

Beide Anbieter sind nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert, für das die EU-Kommission am 10. Juli 2023 einen Angemessenheitsbeschluss gefasst hat.Microsoft and Google are US companies. The service runs in the West Europe region; processing in the United States — through support access, for instance — is therefore not ruled out. Both providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023.

Diese Protokolle werden nur so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für Betrieb und Sicherheit der Seite nötig ist, und nicht mit anderen Daten zusammengeführt.The site runs on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps (West Europe region).
